The China Enterprises IPO Report Q3 2009 is one of a series of reports recently published by Zero2IPO Research Center in 2009. According to the report, 46 Chinese enterprises went public on 13 overseas markets and two domestic markets which Zero2IPO Research Center focuses on, raising a combined fund of US$20.71B, or US$450.00M on average. Against the backdrop of continuous rebounding of overseas capital market and resumption of domestic A-share IPOs, the number of Chinese companies applying for domestic and overseas listing, as well as the number of listings and financing amount of these companies all reached its highest level since 2008. Among these indicators, the number of listings was only lower than the figure of Q1’08, and grew by 18 over Q3’08 and by 35 over Q2’09. The financing amount recorded its highest level since 2008, representing a 5.78-fold increase over Q3’08 and a 7.82-fold increase over Q2’09.
