In January 2008, Shenzhen Winkee Network Co., Ltd (Winkee), a digital advertising provider, secured approximately RMB65M from DT Capital Partners and Shenzhen Fortune Venture Capital Co.Ltd. (Fortune VC).

Winkee is a high-tech software enterprise backed by Shenzhen government. The company owns over 20 patents in innovative modes and technology, including network advertising mode, network visit efficiency formula and network marketing analysis technology. It has provided digital advertising design, advertising and advertising management services for over 30,000 enterprises so far. The two investors were well impressed about the company¡¯s advanced network marketing efficiency analysis technology and professional service capacity.

Mr. Weijin Ma, CEO of Winkee, disclosed that the investment proceeds will be used for R&D of digital advertising technology, cooperation of network media resources and network marketing service talent recruitment.
