Atkearney China, China Galaxy Investment Management Co., Ltd., and ChinaVest Ltd. formally became the first batch of particular members of Shanghai United Assets and Equity Exchange (SUAEE) on March 26. Meantime, SUAEE became China¡¯s first assets and equity exchange platform attracting PE funds. Afterwards, market maker system entered an essential research phase of SUAEE.

Minyong Cai, President of SUAEE said, as the main platform for state-owned enterprises reform and state assets adjustment, SUAEE will continue attaching great importance to developing PE investment businesses, and it will cooperate with more PE funds.

Mr. Cai disclosed that SUAEE will launch a series of measures to support PE investment on the basis of the current advantages in providing services. In addition, SUAEE will research to launch market maker system to facilitate the smooth exchange for assets and equity of all types.
