Reportedly, Google announced on March 25 that it invested US$1M to Comsenz, Beijing-based online forum and community software and service provider. Prior to this, Comsenz received the capital from Michael Moritz, the former director and investor of Google. The subsidiaries of Comsenz include Discuz!, SupeSite and ECShop.

Google invested approximately US$1M in Comsenz in July 2007 as part of Series B funding, according to an SEC filing submitted by Google.
