Days ago, Sky-Diver Group, a British VC firm, acquired a 20% stake in Sichuan Hoteison God Biological Technology Co., Ltd.  (Hoteison God) for US$6M via equity investment mode. This deal is reportedly the largest for an Sichuan-based pharmaceutical enterprise to secure overseas VC investment, also the largest one-lump investment deal the Sky-Diver Group has conducted in Sichuan so far.

Hoteison God is one of the largest pharmaceuitcal manufacturers of armillariella tabescens products in China. It will enjoy a rapid development based on its product advantage, execution team, and this investment received. Its GM Ms. Xingqiong Sheng said that the invest proceeds will be used to expand the market shares, enhance the R&D of new products, so as to ensure the stable growth of its revenue and a fat return for the investors.
