Recently, Zhang Jiang Sino-Century Venture Capital Co., Ltd. (Zhang Jiang Sino-Century) injected RMB23 million to Nanjing Xingfei Cooling Equipment Co. Ltd. (Nanjing Xingfei), and became its second largest shareholder. The investor is reportedly the only firm involved in this round.

It is known that Nanjing Xingfei has developed an innovative product - water-driven fan cooling tower which makes use of the remaining pressure of the water pump to propel the cooling fan with water. Application of the new product will save much electricity for enterprises and the society. Besides being energy-saving, the water-driven fan cooling tower is featured for anti-electricity or oil leakage, being safe, environment-friendly, and economical, and distinguished cooling effect, etc. Moreover, as planned, Nanjing Xingfei will complete its non-tradable shares reform in a near future and go public when appropriate.

Zhang Jiang Sino-Century has listed new energy, new material, and environment protection as its investment priorities. In addition, it will raise capital for its Fund II and other investment funds in different fields.
