Overseas IPO Events Decrease by 35.7% Year-over-Year
Traditional Listings Represent 80.7% of the Total IPOs
Zero2IPO Research Center recently released the "China Enterprises IPO Report Q1 2008". According to the report, during the first quarter 2008, 31 Chinese companies achieved IPO status on 2 domestic markets and 11 overseas markets. In comparison to 2007 Q1 figures, Q1 2008 saw 9 companies successfully list overseas.

This quarter the number of successful listings dropped 35.7%. The domestic market outstripped overseas counterparts by attracting 22 enterprises. ...[detail]
