After retired from the Board Chairman in Bright Dairy, "Iron Lady" Jiafen Wang became a focus for PE funds thanks to her years of business experience and entrepreneurship.

Reportedly, Fumin Zhuo, Managing Partner of GGV, has invited Ms. Wang to act as a partner. Mr. Zhuo confirmed the news, but said the details will not be disclosed until May.

Xiaobo Wu described Ms. Wang as "Shanghai's Precious Talent" in a recent report. Insiders say she is an early state-owned leader with market consciousness.

PE funds also find her value. "We will invite her to play a role after she retired," said Mr. Zhuo.
