On June 10, Nature Flooring ¨C domestic lead flooring brand, signed an investment agreement with Morgan Stanley and International Finance Corporation (IFC) in Beijing. The two international investors will inject US$100M into Nature Flooring, helping update its sustainable woods supply chain and enhance its development capacity.

Nature Flooring is a subsidiary of China Floor Holdings Co., Ltd (China Floor). IFC conducted US$20M equity investment and US$30M long-term loans in China Floor. Meanwhile, Morgan Stanley invested US$50M into the company with undisclosed stake.

Ruichi Jin from IFC said they are impressive of the company's financial strengths and potentials, and the sound ties with Chinese government and communities. Wei Sun from Morgan Stanley said they are impressive of the company's management team and strategic layout.
