China Merchants Bank launched its latest banking products - PE fund trust, private direct equity investment, pioneering financing for SMEs' IPO - on the second China Enterprise International Financing Conference held on June 10.

The bank launches these products, aiming to conduct equity investment for unlisted enterprises; to provide financing consultancy services in aspects of private equity investment, M&A, asset reorganization and IPO for to-be-listed enterprises; to help SMEs in different development stages secure optimum financing options covering monetary market and capital market.
