Zhejiang Businessmen Blue Rock VC Fund, initiated by "Zhejiang Businessmen" magazine, Zhejiang Businessman Council and Zhejiang Sino Wisdom Investment Co., Ltd., was established in Zhuji. This is the largest-ever VC fund in Zhejiang province.

Sources say the participants of the Fund include the Board members of the Zhejiang Businessman Council. This Fund is managed by Zhejiang Sino Wisdom Investment Management Co., Ltd. It scales RMB350M for equity investment in to-be-listed enterprises.

Zhexiao Zhong, Shareholder of the Fund and Board Chairman of Zhejiang Jingfa Industrial Group, said Zhuji is one of the top 100 counties in China; the city attracted many SMEs with diversified industrial structure, promising huge potentials; the local government encourages VC funds to develop and private capitals to flow into VC funds. Therefore, he proposed to launch the Fund in the city.
