BuBuGao Debuts on Shenzhen Stock Exchange

BuBuGao Trade Chain Share Co., Ltd. (BuBuGao) debuted on Shenzhen Stock Exchange on June 19.

BuBuGao issued 35 million shares priced at RMB26.08 each, raising RMB912.80M in total. The net asset value per share and the earnings per share reached RMB9.39 and RMB0.87, respectively.

BuBuGao is a leading chain retail company in Hunan province. It is featured by intensive outlets, double-type operation and cross-region. BuBuGao mainly opens its outlets in small and medium sized cities. With the first store in Xiangtan, BuBuGao further opened other outlets in second-tier and third-tier cities, including Zhuzhou and Loudi, etc.

After this IPO, the total number of BuBuGao shares reaches 135.18 million. The IPO proceeds will mainly be used to develop projects for new outlets, expand projects for BuBuGao Xiangtan Shopping Plaza, and for follow-on projects of the company's logistics distribution center and upgrading its information system.
