Domestic network game developer and operator NetDragon Websoft Inc. (NetDragon) was listed on HKMB on June 24, with the opening price HK$10.10. Its share code was changed as 0777.HK from 8288.HK, with 500 shares trading per board.

Its sponsor is First Shanghai Financial Holding Limited. Dejian Liu, Chairman and Executive Director of NetDragon said, listing on HKMB will enhance its enterprise¡¯s fame, attract more large-scale investment firms and individual investors and increase the shares¡¯ liquidity.

Why did NetDragon choose HKGEM before? Mr. Liu explained NetDragon was in a loss in 2005, not in line with the listing requirement of HKMB. The enterprise began to gain profit since 2006 and harvested sound performance in 2007 which laid basis for the listing on HKMB. Moreover, NetDragon was the first Mainland-based enterprise debuting on HKGEM in 2007.
