Days ago, Pudong Development Bank launched PE (Private Equity Investment Fund) Integrated Financial Services project, the first one in Mainland banking sector. Meanwhile, the bank signed agreements with Hunan Greatdreams Cartoon Media Limited Company and Zhejiang Silicon-valley Paradise Venture Investment Co. Ltd.

PE is a new type of direct investment mode in Chinese capital market. Pudong Development Bank first launched a formal PE Integrated Financial Services Project based on its long-term research and the established platform and resources.

Through "Financial Adviser + Trusteeship" model, the project strives to build a win-win cooperation bridge between PE funds and hi-growth enterprises. It provides financing & investing, management, exit, trusteeship and financial advisers, and other services. In this way, hi-growth enterprises will develop smoothly by securing direct and indirect investment.
