The signing ceremony for establishing Suzhou Wuzhong Guofa Venture Capital Fund (literally translated) was held yesterday in Wuzhong District, Suzhou City. This fund is first regional venture capital guidance fund in Suzhou City.

Registered in a corporation structure form, the fund was jointly initiated by the Wuzhong District Government, Suzhou Guofa Venture Capital Holdings Co., Ltd, Suzhou Wuzhong Venture Capital Co., Ltd., Suzhou Shuangguan Venture Capital Co., Ltd., Suzhou Nanya Group, and Suzhou Builder Co., Ltd., etc. Its first fund¡¯s size will be RMB300M.

The fund will adopt the "professional fund + professional management" mode, a mode popular in the industry. It will strive to help foster high-quality enterprises with independent innovative technologies to gain access to capital markets and attain public listings as soon as possible. Its establishment will drive the development of innovative economy in Wuzhong District.
