In Aug. 2001, Legend Capital bought shares of Anhui USTC iFLYTEK Co., Ltd.(iFLYTEK) which garnered funding from the second and third round of fundraising in 2002 and 2005 respectively. On May 12, 2008, iFLYTEK went public in the Shenzhen Stock Exchange with 8.2% of its total equity flowing into Legend Capital. At present, Legend Capital has partially achieved exit, and secured the return on investment up to 15 times. iFLYTEK represents one of the most competitive intelligent voice service providers in China with above 60.0% of market share of Chinese text-to-speech(TTS) market.

In Mar. 2003, Legend Capital invested HK$24.00M in SinoCom Software Group Ltd.(SinoCom), ending up with the operating income of the latter soaring by 36.0% year-on-year to HK$114.50M. On Apr.30, 2004, SinoCom got listed on the HKMB, which contributed to Legend Capital a 6.5-fold investment return. Since its foundation in 1995, SinoCom has been dedicating to software outsourcing services in such fields as securities, banking, insurance, telecommunication, circulation and E-commerce.
