Mr. Gavin Ni is the founder and chairman of Zero2IPO Group, also the chairman and CEO of Zero2IPO Holdings（01945.HK）, a Hong Kong main board listed company. He was awarded the “Hurun Industry Achievement Award 2016”.

Mr. Ni now serves as President of Asia America Multi-Technology Association (AAMA),a member of the Venture Capital Committee of Asset Management Association of China, the secretary general of China Angel Investment Association, the rotating chairman of Beijing Private Equity Association, a member of National Fund for Technology Transfer and Commercialization. He is deeply committed to his alma mater, serving as a council member of the Tsinghua University Education Foundation and the Tsinghua Alumni Association. From 2023-2025, he served as the president of Tsinghua Entrepreneur Association. Mr. Ni’s committed to and actively supports the development of his hometown, he occupies the post of a CPPCC member of Hunan Province, the vice president of Hunan General Chamber of Commerce, the president of Beijing Changde Chamber of Commerce.

He has participated in the investment of over 300 companies, among which listed companies include Qihoo360, Henlius, Hanhon Technology, GigaDevice, Guoke Tiancheng, Ingenic, ZPEC, Sanfo Outdoor, Bona Film, Goodwill E-Health, Seyond (TuDatong), and Health 160 etc.

Prior to Zero2IPO Group, Mr. Ni co-started Tsinghua University Business Plan Competition in 1998, recognized as Asia’s first university-level student entrepreneurship competition, establishing himself as a pioneer and practitioner in promoting student entrepreneurship.

He has earned a bachelor's degree in engineering from Hunan University and a master's degree in engineering from Tsinghua University; he also graduated from a business administration PhD program from Tsinghua University.
